Appetizers

When serving appetizers for a meal your chef will prepare food on site and serve appetizers fresh from the kitchen. Your guests will have the option of watching there food prepared before their eyes, or just sit back and relax and wait for the next taste sensation to arrive. I suggest picking 4-5 different appetizers for a group up to 14 people. This is just a sample of appetizers that can be made for your event if there is anything else you might like let me know.

Appetizer Pizza

Appetizer pizza is a tiny version of the traditional. Homemade with a variety of fresh topping choices like wild mushrooms and Fontana cheese

Eggplant Crisps

Eggplant Rounds topped with mozzarella, oven-dried tomatoes and fresh oregano

Petit Croquet Monsieur

Tiny sandwich wedges of ham, gruyere and whole-grain mustard.

Empanadas with assorted fillings

Escarole and Fontana; Chicken, Apple and Cheddar or Beef

Pastry Dough Tartlets

Choose from Tomato, Basil and olive; Swiss chard, shallot and parmesan; Lemon chicken salad; or wild mushrooms.

Fontana Risotto Balls

Grilled Beef Rolls with scallions soy Dipping sauce

Stuffed Dates wrapped in bacon

Dressed up deviled eggs

Traditional deviled eggs dressed up with different toppings for a new taste sensation i.e. tarragon, kalamata olives, caviar and crème fraiche, bacon and thyme, nutmeg and sea salt.

Crudités

Not a boring vegetable platter. Long, thin shapes bursting out of a collection of glasses provide plenty of visual impact.
